SHIPPING:

Although our aim is to help out the UK & European fans we ship worldwide!

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for and takes 2-5 working days. Once your order has been processed we will provide you with a tracking number. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours Monday- Friday, orders placed before 9am will be dispatched the same day anything after that will be shipped the following day. Anything ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. All 8x10s are shipped in a hard backed envelope to prevent damage. 

International shipping is sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for, this will change once it gets to your country to whatever the local company is i.e USPS. International shipping varies depending on location but is sent within 24 hours and usually arrives between 7-14 working days. Anything ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. All 8x10s are shipped in a hard backed envelope to prevent damage.

 

PAYMENT METHOD:

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours excluding Sundays. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the Monday. 

 

 RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. All returns must be  undamaged and in the original packaging.  We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item by mistake.

All postage costs are incurred by the customer on returns or exchanges including original postage unless you have received a faulty item. 

If you are returning a faulty item, TheMerchGirl will replace the item (subject to stock) at no extra postage costs to the customer. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.  

TheMerchGirl reserves the rights to determine if an item is faulty. Please include a receipt of your postage costs when returning a faulty item so we can refund you. 

Please state your order number if you are contacting us about a return or exchange. 

ALL DECEMBER ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED UP UNTIL THE 10TH JANUARY. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

For exchanges, there is a charge for postage of the returned item. This can be paid via paypal or bank transfer. 

All refunds will be made to the payment source used in your order. Refunds can not be sent to a different person or account.
